Charla originally joined TCIA in 2011 as an administrative assistant; however, made the jump to adjusting in 2018. She has worked in the insurance industry in an administrative capacity since 2002 with other independent firms, which has fostered a solid understanding on how best to serve policy holders and insurers.
Charla is currently handling a caseload consisting of all-lines and has been integral in developing our firms’ position on being a reputable and reliable TPA for a large fleet program. She is currently working toward her Chartered Insurance Professional Designation. Charla looks forward to her professional growth and is thankful for the invaluable guidance received from her coworkers as her mentors, to lead her to further success in the future
