In some cases, Insurance Companies with large self-insured retentions require our Independent Adjusting Services to assist them in pursuing subrogation where a client is eligible to recuperate monies paid out where they are partially or not at fault. We do this for several large trucking companies who conduct a good percentage of their business in the United States or other Canadian provinces where subrogation is allotted. We are mindful of each of the United States limitation periods and laws which enable subrogation and expedite these requests in a timely and effective manner. We have recovered thousands of dollars for several insurers.
